Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper

Coat each piece in flour, dip in beaten egg, then press into panko breadcrumbs

Heat oil in a pan to 170–180°C and fry chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through

Remove and drain on paper towels, letting rest briefly

Slice and serve with tonkatsu sauce, shredded cabbage, and rice
