Instructions

Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil and butter until golden on both sides and remove

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan, and italian seasoning and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened

Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until fully cooked and sauce is creamy
