Dice onion and bell pepper, mince garlic, season chicken with salt, pepper, and half the paprika

Heat olive oil, sear chicken skin-side down 5-7 min until crispy, flip 2 min, remove from pan

Sauté onion and pepper 5 min, add garlic, tomato paste, cumin, remaining paprika for 1 min

Toast rice 2 min, pour in broth, add oregano and bay leaf, nestle chicken back in, cover and simmer 20-25 min on low

Stir in frozen peas, rest covered 5 min, remove bay leaf and serve
