Julienne carrots, slice mushrooms, mince garlic, slice spring onions; marinate ground beef with soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, brown sugar, and a quarter of the garlic for 30 min

Mix bibimbap sauce: gochujang, 1 tbsp sesame oil, sugar, water, sesame seeds, vinegar, and remaining garlic

Stir-fry carrots 2-3 min in cooking oil with salt, then mushrooms 2-3 min, then the marinated beef 3-5 min until browned — set each aside

Blanch spinach and bean sprouts, season with salt and sesame oil; fry eggs sunny side up

Assemble bowls: steamed rice on the bottom, arrange meat and vegetables on top, finish with a fried egg, seaweed, and bibimbap sauce
