Instructions

Cut pork into cubes and blanch in hot water for 10 minutes

Add water in a pan and add the sugar

Once sugar start to caramelize, add diced pork and cook over medium-high heat until browned on all sides

Add soy sauces, wine and water until it covers the pork, then simmer for 45 minutes until pork is tender and sauce thickens, stirring every 5-10 minutes

Season with salt, pepper, garnish with green onions and serve hot
