Finely chop the onion, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and boil the ziti in salted water until al dente, then drain

Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then stir in the spaghetti sauce and simmer for 15 minutes

Layer half of the cooked ziti in a baking dish, then top with provolone slices, sour cream, and half of the meat sauce
4
Add the remaining ziti, top with mozzarella and the rest of the meat sauce, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese
5
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly
